Judge cautions jurors on witnesses' reliability

For the third time in eight years, a Toronto-area chiropractor sat in a courtroom yesterday and watched apprehensively as a jury filed out to decide if he murdered his wife to eliminate one side of a love triangle. During a four-hour charge to the jury, Ontario Court Judge Fletcher Dawson kept from the jury the fact that defendant Kirk Klymchuk has been tried twice before for the first-degree murder of his wife, Maria Klymchuk.
