  1. Joe Cool from Canada writes: After living in Scotland for several years my brain still triggers the thought "here we have a lout" when ever I hear a Scottish accent. Try as I may I can't shake it.
    Drinking to the level of complete intoxication is part of the Scottish way of life - a sign of manhood. I remember one day, when I lived in Ardrossan on the West coast, seeing a couple of fellows lying completely drunk in the middle of the road with a dog barking at them just after 12 noon on a sunny afternoon and the locals didn't think it unusual. It is a sight I have never forgotten and one that completely captures the Scottish way of life.

They are so stupid that these fans are not allowed into other countries to soccer matches. And I dont blame those countries for the ban. Fact is we are not the only team who has fans that act up. Zenit fans stabbed a bunch of blacks in Marseille and nothing. Celtic fans torch a bus, sign terrorist songs, threw bananas at a black player, threaten refs and assault player (google Fernando Ricksen for one) and nothing. Turkish teams routinely have fans that are shooting, stabbing and beating people and they get nothing.
    Leave your bigoted hatred off the board mate (and yes I can see your hoop shirt all the way from Copenhagen)

    as for celtic..80,000 fans attend seville and not one arrest... always welcomed and requested for testimonials and friendlies...have they made mistakes absolutely..and the club demands that the fans respect the game and the team...look at the website about singing and conduct in away stadia..they demand from their supporters that they represent the club and with it a responsibility..

    read the manchester evening news..mpps are calling for a ban on your club..rangers go to barcelona, disaster..lisbon..fights..manchester ..utter chaos...sectarian bile sung at every game...instead of lecturing me ..why dont you start in your own backyard and help clean up the mess that is rangers fc..

    Celtic fan assault ref's at their homes and lets not forget Hugh Dallas being nutted with a coin.
    Celtic fan hits Fernando Ricksen with a cell phone and no investigation
    Celtic fans sing 'F the Queen' which is just as sectarian as 'F the Pope' since the Queen is the head of the Anglican Church and again nothing happens.
    Celtic fans sing the praises of IRA terrorists and nothing happens.

    Celtic's website can state what it wants...guess what Rangers website says the same thing. Most of the trouble makers aren't true supporters but a bunch of neds out looking to cause trouble. Let's not also forget the Celtic supporters who have been outed as causing problems like that wee tosser who invaded the Ibrox pitch protesting Israel when Maccabi were in Scotland.
    As for the update, I watched the game. Let me ask you, how proud can you be since you were giving 4 points through admitted ref gaffs? Offside call on Motherwell that the ref later admitted wasn't offside or the offside goal in the last Old Firm and the penalty kick for a foul out of the box?
    Go back to your dream world about Celtic and its fans...I'm sure there are a few people who would love to hear about Jim Torbett and how Jock Stein dealt with his paedophilia at the Piggery.

  13. The Special One... I Am Fantastic from Canada writes: Fact is Random, many of the problems caused at games are by those looking to cause it and not those who actually want to watch - and thats not just Rangers problem but Celtic's, Man Utd's, Chelsea's etc...
    The latest reports filtered through the papers and boards is that many of the 'casuals' from Millwall, Chelsea, Belfast and other areas in Britain had seen the element for a perfect storm. Mix these lot of embarrassments with the idiots from Glasgow who saw the same scenario and no matter what team was playing it was going to get a major black eye.
    I know many real fans who went and all of them came back shaking their heads at what happened.

At the end of the day, which I tried to state recently, thos jokers aren't 'true' fans of the sport and are looking for an excuse for a piss up and a punch up. The fact you keep painting them all with one brush just shows your as bad.
