  1. Antonio San from Canada writes: On a practical term, this cellar is unforgiving: draw a pricey bottle and make the wrong move and should you drop it it's gone.

    Cognescenti divide their cellar in two zones: where the cellaring is done with a foot thick sand floor where any Chateau Petrus can land safely and the tasting area that can be with tiles or hardwood.
  2. Mike Quinlan from Gatineau QC, Canada writes: Well that shouldnt be too expensive a fix. I wouldnt think more than 6 bags of sand would be necessary.
