  2. Kathleen Degelder from USA, Canada writes: Reefer Sutherland: So does that mean you are a 'biased' left wing? You approve of 11 year olds smoking pot?
  3. Reefer Sutherland from The Big Smoke, Canada writes: 'Kathleen Degelder from USA, Canada writes: Reefer Sutherland: So does that mean you are a 'biased' left wing? You approve of 11 year olds smoking pot?'

What???!!!!! Talk about putting words in peoples mouths.

Please...enough with the 'you are either with us or against us' rhetoric.
  4. Kathleen Degelder from USA, Canada writes: Reefer Sutherland: Amazing that you didn't anwer a question. Must be that your short term memory cells are compromised. Also your own 'rhetoric' is evident.
  5. Brad Fgroupthinkn from Canada writes: Anyway Kaite D, this confirms the Government is in, and profits from, the Pot business.
  6. Wilma De Bruyn from Toronto, Canada writes: Does this mean that the $4million goes towards the $375million SUPER HIGHWAY, Vancouver to Squamish?
OR, $50million for new Arts Centre??
    OR, $5million DNA testing centre??
    OR, new Tasers???
OR, perhaps the $4million BC Government put in 2003 for 'Unclaimed Property Act' to cover up the Squamish Scandal!!!

    Just asking.
  7. Reefer Sutherland from The Big Smoke, Canada writes: 'Kathleen Degelder from USA, Canada writes: Reefer Sutherland: Amazing that you didn't anwer a question. Must be that your short term memory cells are compromised. Also your own 'rhetoric' is evident.'

Short term memory cells compromised??? What are you trying to imply Kathleen??

And why would I answer any of your questions that have absolutely nothing to do with my comments???

I'm told that ad hominem attacks are usually used by people who don't have much to say.

You know, it's ok to say 'I don't agree with you'. But then, I guess you'd have to explain why. Really Kathleen, can you honestly say that this piece of journalism adds anything of value other than pointing out that the RCMP made $4 million from this bust?
  8. Reefer Sutherland from The Big Smoke, Canada writes: last sentence of my last post should read '...from this and other busts?'
  9. gordon foster from Canada writes: Hey Reefer, I dig your 24/7 show.
  10. bob saunders from Belleville, ON, Canada writes: I don't smoke marijuana for the same reason I don't smoke cigarettes, they are both bad for your health. I did both in the past. I do have the occasional beer or glass of vino though. Tar from cannabis cigarettes contains 50 percent more carcinogens than tobacco. Since marijuana smokers tend to inhale up to four times more deeply than tobacco users, more poisonous carbon monoxide and tar enter the lungs.
  11. S Lewis from Victoria B.C., Canada writes: The funny thing about the legalization of marijuana is that it would be buy now but the people who REALY want it legalazed (the heavy pot smokers) never seam to be able to motivate there masses to actualy get anyhting done, i wonder why that is?
  12. garlick toast from Canada writes: you don't have to smoke pot to want it decriminalized.organized crime loves prohibition.
  13. Common Sense from Laughs, Canada writes: 'Tar from cannabis cigarettes contains 50 percent more carcinogens than tobacco.'

Smoking marijuana?? What is this? The stone age? (pun intended)

Vaporizing eliminates a HUGE number of these so-called harmful effects. Get informed. NORML is a great place to start.

I just wish the researchers would catch up with the times. As well as the news media. And the government. Somehow we've done a 180, and gone from some months of being able to carry almost an ounce without a criminal record(i.e. the short period when it was decriminalized)...to this newfound Canadian 'War on drugs'...where's the logic??

What ever happened to the numerous police chiefs petitioning the federal govt to stop wasting money on trying to get rid of the pot underground...and decriminalizing it?(which was in fact, a contributing factor to that actually happening for a time.)

I think folks need to realize that there HAS to be something rotten in the state of things when such a turnaround has occurred over such a short time period.
  14. globefan Eh from Canada writes: Bob Saunders you state 'Tar from cannabis cigarettes contains 50 percent more carcinogens than tobacco'

Please cite an objective source. I think you are much mistaken. Cannabis is a weed. It is also known as herb. It is not carcinogenic because it does not have additives such as are added by multinational tobacco companies to cigarettes to add flavor, ie arsenic.

    Again, please cite your source.

Ruth Walker from Edmonton posts the only sane post.

This grow-op site, 'Largest in the World!', should charge admission and celebrate the unique ambience BC Bud has given the world.

    Trippy, man.

    Dig it.
