Déjà vu in Ottawa

The Ottawa tech sector is going through a little déjà vu right now.
In April, Dell announced it was laying off all but 100 of its call centre tech support jobs in Ottawa less than two years after building the 150,000-square-foot facility and hiring more than 1,000 employees to fill its three floors.
Now the building in Ottawa's west end suburb of Kanata is looking for a buyer, but with another call centre pulling out of Ottawa, that seems unlikely.
