New TSX boss an expert in derivatives trading

Thomas Kloet knows derivatives and he knows how to run an international stock market, two things the TSX Group Inc. needs. Coming north from Chicago, he'll also need to learn Canadian politics, because shareholders are counting on the TSX's new chief executive officer to bridge a perceived cultural divide between TSX's traditional Toronto base and the newly acquired Montreal Exchange Inc. operations.
