Ontario picks Darlington for new reactors

The Ontario government announced Monday that it has chosen the Darlington nuclear station as home for two new reactors to help meet the province's growing electricity needs. Energy Minister Gerry Phillips said Darlington was chosen because transmission lines are already in place to deliver power to electricity distributors and ultimately on to consumers.
