Galea-Davis wins $10,000 prize at short film fest

Toronto A wrenching film about postpartum depression by Canadian filmmaker Sarah Galea-Davis won best Canadian short film and a prize of $10,000 at this year's Worldwide Short Film Festival in Toronto, for her film Can You Wave Bye-Bye. The award for best emerging Canadian filmmaker and a cheque for $5,000 went to Audrey Cummings for Burgeon and Fade.
