From the gridiron to the griddle - with sizzle

Some people meditate, some people do yoga, and clever people nap. But for true relaxation, there's nothing like the slow burn of a barbecue. It takes forever for the charcoal to turn from dead black to smouldering red, then it takes even longer for the food to cook. In between these smoky longueurs, one is expected to get mildly drunk and to drop things on the ground, and to not care. Beats putting your heels together and pretending to be a porpoise giving birth.
