DENVER — The Colorado Avalanche re-signed restricted free-agent forward Wojtek Wolski to a two-year contract on Wednesday.
The 22-year-old native of Poland had 48 points, including 18 goals, last season. He had six game-winning goals and was 4-for-8 in shootout attempts.
Wolski was the club's top draft choice in 2004 and was the fourth-leading scorer among rookies in the NHL in the 2006-07 season.
