    Yeah, those women and children were "militants". NATO and the USA has never killed innocent civilians, only "militants". NATO and the USA use special "smart" weapons that can instantly determine the loyalty of the target, so if you get hit, then you must be a "militant".

    In related news the Karzai government continues to get make huge profits from the ever expanding heroin trade. Anyone in Afghanistan who thinks this is immoral is also a "militant".

    How can you tell the difference between dead militants and dead civilians?

    You can't, because generally when they are dead, nobody is holding a gun anymore.
