TransLink's new CEO might be in for a rough ride

Welcome aboard to TransLink's new CEO, Thomas Prendergast, who may not have seen anything yet, despite years in the trenches of the New York subway and the USA's oldest commuter service, the Long Island Rail Road. He might do well to start his new job by trying to get on a downtown-bound SkyTrain at the Broadway station during the morning rush hour, trying to find a seat on the busy #20 bus along Commercial Drive and trying to get anywhere by bus after 6 p.
