Don Cherry for Order of Canada!
Henry Morgentaler is the most public face from one side of the most polarizing issue in Canadian religious, social and political life. It is not, therefore, a surprise that his elevation to the Order of Canada has loosed a whirlwind of debate.
I take it that his award is not a “well done” for the cause he championed, an official signal that he was on the “right” side of the contentious abortion issue.
