Ian Thomas thinks of the lion, Africa's most successful predator, as a model for business success. Lions function in teams called prides, which are their own business units with effective structures and strategies. Thomas has studied lions at close quarters for more than 30 years. Author of the book, The Power of Pride, he has spoken in more than 25 countries. After completing a bachelor's degree in business, Thomas worked as a wildlife guide in southern Africa. He eventually attained the highest tracking and guiding qualification possible from the Field Guides Association of South Africa.

In this podcast, Business Incubator reporter Rosa Soo Young Park asks Thomas about building an effective team that can hunt.
