Ivan Canarus from Toronto, Canada writes: The local laws couldn`t regulate Internet in whole, because it is the international network ! Attacking local sites, the regulator just opens business opportunity for global competitors ! Results from these actions could be tragic for local economy. As a possible solution is to create the substitute service network.
