  2. mr curmodgeon from Canada writes: $12.00 drinks!! Ah Toronto you make me laugh ............you folks don''t need a business consultant - you need a return ticket to planet earth.
  3. View Finder from Canada writes: mr curmodgeon from Canada writes: $12.00 drinks!!

How is life on your home planet (which you seem to call earth)? Believe it or not, there are bars in TO where you can pay $20 and more for a martini and that's a bargain compared to upmarket bars in London, NYC and Paris.

Not that I would pay it either -- but clearly there are many trendoids with more money than sense.
  4. Rusty Waters from Canada writes: $12 dollar drinks..I pay $2.50 for beer and $3.25 for a single shot drink at the local bar, and always lots of beautifull and intelligent women there.
  5. Stinch d from toronto, Canada writes: Rusty - where's your bar? I'm in!
  6. Steve C from Vancouver, Canada writes: Giddy up!
  7. Rusty Waters from Canada writes: Stinch D....The bar that I go to is in St. Alban's, Bay d' Espoir. Don't have to pay for a creative name either. It just called the, The Pub. Hot wings 5 for $3.00 too. They have a Sound system there and a couple of electric accoustic guitars if someone wants to get up and play a bit of music. Today is Friday and I can't wait to get there. I can hear the music of that testing sound as the cap is removed from the beer bottle and the sight of those beautifull bubbles in the glass. And those beautifull intelligent women at he bar. Here is a tip for the guys that like to flirt with women at the bars. If a woman at the other end of the bar is playing with her hair more than usual and looking your way she is interested in you.
  8. Mike Quinlan from Gatineau QC, Canada writes: Rusty get down to Toronto and open a bar!!!
  9. j wilson from vancouver, Canada writes: Sounds good, Rusty.

How many people in the bay area?

BTW... Im asssuming you have tomorrow off, so today is your 'friday'...

Otherwise youre in for a disappointment a little later.
