Canada's spy agency says it acted 'appropriately' in Khadr interrogation

EDMONTON — Canada's intelligence agency says it acted “appropriately,” “in good faith” and within all legal limits when it interrogated teenaged al-Qaeda suspect Omar Khadr in Guantanamo Bay. Speaking for the first time since videotaped interviews with Mr. Khadr were released, the spy service said it had “no information prior to its initial meeting with Omar Khadr that he had been mistreated.
