Telecom gear makers anticipate windfall

The federal government's wireless spectrum auction is done, billions have been spent, and now the companies providing the guts of the wireless networks are about to battle it out for the spoils. While Ottawa will collect $4.25-billion from its wireless spectrum auction, that represents only part of the windfall for the economy.
