Winnipeg man dies after being tasered by police
WINNIPEG — A man is dead after being tasered by police in Winnipeg.
Police have confirmed that officers used a taser Tuesday on a man who was then taken to hospital and pronounced dead.
A police source said the victim was a male in his 20s, but a name has not been released pending notification of next-of-kin.
