Livent controller mistook handwriting: defence
TORONTO — A former Livent Inc. employee mistakenly identified handwriting on an internal accounting document as that of company co-founder Garth Drabinsky when it actually belonged to an RCMP officer who made the notation after the document was seized, a Toronto court learned Wednesday.
