Pengrowth to acquire Accrete Energy
CALGARY — — Pengrowth Energy Trust said Wednesday it will buy Accrete Energy Inc. for $95-million worth of its units to add oil and gas production and reserves in a key region, while spinning off Accrete's other properties into a new company.
