Embracing Gen Y

Even as Baby Boomers begin to exit the workforce, the question is not how quickly the GenXers can fill their shoes, but how are we going to groom the next wave in the workforce?
Loosely defined, Generation Y encompasses those born in the 1980's through mid 1990s, a generation raised on the success of their Boomer parents with cellphones, video games and the Internet.
