Alistair McLaughlin from Canada writes: Balance is the neglected aspect of physical fitness. Instead of stretching (an often worthless endevour) people should be spending a few minutes a day on the balance board or BOSU ball. Good balance (as these guys obviously have in abundance) can vastly lower your chances of having a knee or ankle injury while playing any sort of sport.
