Ottawa to fund twinning of Trans-Canada highway near Banff
Prime Minister Stephen Harper Tuesday pledged $100-million to widen a dangerous two-lane stretch of the Trans-Canada Highway through Banff National Park that has caused a number of traffic accidents, including one that killed three people earlier this year.
