My friend won't shut up about my weight loss

THE QUESTION I've always been heavy. Recently I lost quite a bit of weight, and have kept it off, through a simple regimen of walking and watching what I eat. The problem is some people are complimenting me too much. I know that might be hard to understand. But one friend in particular is over the top. Every time I see her, she focuses on how fat I once was, how much "better" I look, to the point where I want to slap her.
