More vacation time can pay off at the office

It's easier to plan a vacation than a heart attack. Or so say Canada's employers who offer brand new hires at least three weeks of vacation to start. Productivity experts declare more vacation time helps workers avoid burnout. Others say offering ample time off makes for a happier workplace on the whole. “North American companies have it backwards with the two weeks vacation,” says Razor Suleman, chief executive officer of I Love Rewards Inc.
