Why has the federal government declared a war on talent?
The recent cancellations of the PromArt and Trade Routes programs, which supported touring Canadian artists and the export of cultural goods, are the latest federal salvoes against the artistic community. These attacks will impede our artists, but could also damage the broader economy.
