HAMILTON and OTTAWA — Prime Minister Stephen Harper says he will take "the next few weeks" to decide whether to call an election. He said Tuesday that it is "absolutely clear" none of the opposition parties are prepared to respect legislation that calls for the next federal election to be in October, 2009. Mr. Harper repeated earlier comments that Parliament has become unproductive.
