Sunrise aimed to install 30,000-gallon tank
Sunrise Propane hoped to install a 30,000-gallon storage tank - seven times larger than what it already had - when its Downsview site was razed in an explosion last week.
But the company failed to mention the size of the new tank in a letter to the City of Toronto, requesting permission simply to expand its existing 4,000 U.S. water gallon capacity, documents show.
