Nortel acquires DiamondWare
The Canadian Press
OTTAWA Nortel Networks Corp. acquired DiamondWare, whose technology has been deployed in gaming environments and in U.S. military tactical intercom systems, in a deal worth up to $10-million (U.S.).
Nortel described DiamondWare as a pioneer in 3-D positional voice technology.
