  1. My eyes are open, Are yours? from Canada writes: I will be wearing jewel-toned straight cut shirts with covered plackets, neutral wool crepe slacks (no cuff), loafers and statement necklaces. Again. Same as I have every year since 1997. I keep a tweed blazer at the office in case I need to dress up, and have 1 black skirt suit at home for interviews and funerals.
  2. B R from Canada writes: I will never wear a hoodie to work. Work fashion should be stylish and comfortable but that's really taking it too far - especially since these hoodies are not even functional? What is the point of that!
  3. H M from Canada writes: I think hoodies might be pushing it, but it's nice to see some stylish cardigans. They save your skin in an office full of people who are never as cold as you are.

    I have found an easy way to make a button up shirt look more expensive and girly than it really is is to replace the buttons wuith faux pearl buttons.

    Which works really well on men's shirts (what!? I've got wide shoulders!)until somebody notices the buttons do up on the wrong side. Man, old people notice EVERYTHING.
