Economy framed as opening election battleground
OTTAWA — Stephen Harper found no common ground with Liberal Leader Stéphane Dion during a 15-minute meeting at 24 Sussex Dr. and, as a result, both main parties have begun framing the softening economy as the opening election battleground.
