Man charged with posing as policeman

He carried a toy badge and a plastic Beretta, but he pulled over real motorists longer than anyone knows. Toronto police said yesterday they arrested a man Saturday night who had been impersonating a plainclothes RCMP officer in the Peel Region. Constables Luke Watson and Marland Thompson first spotted the man on Aug. 20.
