CSIS watchdog to examine handling of Khadr case

OTTAWA — The civilian watchdogs who keep tabs on the Canadian Security Intelligence Service want to know if CSIS has been playing by the rules in its handling of the Omar Khadr case. The Security Intelligence Review Committee announced Wednesday it will conduct an "in-depth review" of the spy agency's actions, including the question of whether it's been operating within its legal mandate.
