Hunting up late-night laughs on daytime TV

The TV world has not been kind to Bonnie Hunt in the past.The likeable, normal Hunt has worked steadily in film since her breakout role in Rain Man, way back in 1988, but any attempts to showcase her on prime-time television have resulted in brief runs and early cancellation. It's probably merciful that viewers barely noticed Life with Bonnie, which, like her other shows, failed to capture the lady's wry comedic essence.
