I vote for Jack. The 81 guys you're talking about wouldn't let a loser like you in the door.

Jo L from Moncton, Canada writes: Funny how there is this thought of the internet as a place where only "young voters" are... I know that my relatives in their 50's and 60's, and even one who's recently turned 70, are often getting news and information online as well. But I guess baby boomers are forever considered young right? A very large chunk of people under 40 have had the internet as an important part of their adult life, particularly in the last 10 years... why does this stereotype exist that it's just youth online? I think that very soon the parties are going to have to understand and learn to use this medium to get their message out. Obama is doing an amazing job at this so far with his use of YouTube and facebook, but then at age 47 I guess he'd be one of those young voters that get the internet...

- gaia - from Canada writes: Even more significantly, the most recent Ekos poll shows Layton and the NDP leading in Atlantic Canada and the Prairies; they're also second in BC and right behind the BQ and Conservatives who are tied in Quebec. Nationally, the NDP is only 5 points behind the Liberals. And yet the Globe makes a joke out of this news by ignoring it and saying Layton is only significant in an online popularity contest.

David Emmett from Halifax, Canada writes: In response to mynalee: I'm guessing none of the party leaders made the pages for themselves. And yes, Harper probably paid someone to do it, that's what you generally do for your employees. I hope Jack Layton paid the people who set the page up for him too.
