Some QBs need to talk with a mentor and Joseph is one of them.I think Tillman saw this and knew without Austin in KJ's ear Joseph would have a hard time. Buratto is no Kent Austin and tying the bad season 2 years ago to Austin's offencive skills was a BIG mistake. Maybe it's time to breakup the Old Boys Network of coaches and look at some new thinking.

A weak arm and a slow read make it Excuseville to point at Buratto, Stubler, or the Org. Like it or not, this QB switch is probably the first move for the '09 season.
