Class-action decision puts Bell in satellite hot seat

Peter De Wolf could have just paid the fee and let it go.After all, the long-time Bell Canada customer was quite pleased with the service.Instead, he has won a class action suit that rewards his activism against the nation's biggest communications player and could cost the company a tidy sum in rebates to its satellite TV customers.
Month after month, Mr. De Wolf kept seeing an "administration fee" on his television bill. At first it was $19. Then it rose to $25.
