Harper doesn't get Quebec's social values, Bloc says
The Conservative Party's pledges to impose tougher sentences for young offenders and cut funding for some cultural programs has the Bloc Québécois convinced it has gained new impetus in its campaign aimed at stopping Stephen Harper from achieving a majority government.
