Stephen Harper's got a new enemy in his sights. No, it's not the Taliban, a recession or foreigners who want to claim a piece of our Arctic. It's worse. It's the ivory-tower elites. You know who he means. The gala-going, government-subsidized whiners who produce art that no one wants to see. The well-heeled left-wing writers who get free trips to Cuba, while ordinary, hard-working families struggle to make ends meet. He's also getting tough on crime.
