'Creative writing denotes imaginative writing form and is certainly very different from technical writing. Such writing reflects an imaginative flow of words. Words used in such types of writing is [sic] intended to create a pleasing effect than a formal one, but without losing core meaning of the idea to be conveyed. Works of Shakespeare, James Joyce, or Stephen King are all forms of creative writing.
