Teachers' buys U.S. cleaning, repair service
TORONTO — The Ontario Teachers' Pension Plan is taking over Aquilex Holdings LLC, a major U.S. provider of industrial cleaning and repair services.
The pension fund's Teachers' Private Capital unit did not disclose the financial terms of the purchase from Harvest Partners, a New York private equity firm.
Aquilex, headquartered in Atlanta, has 5,000 employees and booked 2007 revenue of $550 million (U.S.).
