The league-leading B.C. Lions have taken three of the four CFL weekly awards for their 28-23 win over Toronto last weekend.
Lions quarterback Travis Lulay took offensive player of the week honours, throwing for 390 yards and two touchdowns in Saturday's win. Lulay has thrown a touchdown in 22 consecutive games, the second-longest streak in CFL history.
B.C. kick returner Tim Brown was named the special teams player of the week. He had 77 yards on three kick returns, 52 yards on five punt returns and added 22 yards on one missed field goal for 151 total yards against Toronto.
Slotback Shawn Gore was named top Canadian, totalling 96 yards and a touchdown on three receptions and 17 yards on one carry. His touchdown with 3:40 remaining in the second quarter helped the Lions to an important first half lead over the Argonauts.
The Toronto native ended Calgary running back Jon Cornish's streak of consecutive top Canadian awards at three.
Hamilton defensive back Brock Campbell prevented a Lions sweep, picking up the award for top defender for his role in the Tiger-Cats' 51-8 rout of Edmonton. Campbell registered seven tackles and one sack in the win.
