Receiver Dwayne Jarrett, the Pac-12's all-time leader in TD catches, signed with the Saskatchewan Roughriders on Friday.

The six-foot-four, 219-pound Jarrett had 41 TD grabs during his college career at USC. Jarrett was a three-year starter with the Trojans and twice was a consensus All-American, registering 216 catches for 3,128 yards before skipping his senior season to enter the 2007 NFL draft.

Jarrett was selected in the second round, 45th overall, by the Carolina Panthers and remained with the club through the opening three games of the 2010 campaign. The 25-year-old appeared in 32 career NFL games, starting three, and had 35 receptions for 428 yards and one touchdown.

The Riders also signed defensive backs Jalil Johnson and Dominic Noel while releasing four players, including veteran linebacker Maurice Lloyd.
