Golf Canada in conjunction with the Toronto Organizing Committee (TOC) for the 2015 Pan American and Parapan American Games has issued a Request for Proposal to select the host venue for the golf competition.

The six day Pan Am Golf Competition, tentatively schedule for July 12-17, 2015, will see 64 amateur golfers - 32 men and 32 women - from 16 countries take part in a 72-hole competition.

Details of the RFP can be found here. Submissions must be put forth by June 12, 2012. The host venue for the Games is expected to be announced by Golf Canada and the TOC in September of this year.

The 2015 Pan/Parapan American Games will be hosted by the Greater Toronto Area and Golden Horseshoe Region from July 10-26, 2015 with almost 11,000 athletes, coaches and team officials from the 41 participating countries in the Americas and the Caribbean. The Parapan American Games will take place August 7-14, 2015.
