Precise iron play requires both distance and control. By utilizing innovative tungsten weighting, the new Titleist AP1 and AP2 irons deliver longer flight with increased forgiveness and a more solid feel.

The new AP1 irons are the longest, most forgiving irons Titleist has ever made, with a multi-material, dual cavity design for players that want maximum distance, forgiveness and solid feel. The new AP2 models are multi-material forged irons that offer distance with trajectory control and forgiveness with workability.

The long and mid irons feature improved dual-cavity constructions - AP1 has a new, deep undercut while AP2 has a 25-percent thinner upper cavity face - with high density tungsten efficiently placed low in the head for lower center of gravity (CG). The short irons have a thicker upper face and narrower sole that help raise the CG for a lower, flatter trajectory with outstanding control into the green.

The short iron lofts in both AP1 and AP2 have been strengthened 1 degree to help lower launch and increase ball speed for more distance. A second AP1 gap wedge (52-degrees) has also been added.

AP1 and AP2 irons feature a new pre-worn leading edge that reduces digging at the point of turf entry, and increased camber that helps control divot depth to allow a smooth entry and release. AP1 long irons feature a wider topline, while AP1 short irons have a slightly thinner topline and sole for a more playable, solid visual. Both AP1 and AP2 feature a satin polish playing position with bright polish cavity highlights for superior appearance at address.

The new irons have already proven their championship worth. Jordan Spieth won his first career PGA Tour title at the John Deer Classic with the new AP2 irons in his bag while Jason Dufner played the new AP2 irons on his way to winning his first major title, the PGA Championship.

Titleist's new CB and MB irons maintain the core design fundamentals that have resonated with traditional blade irons players while delivering advanced shot and trajectory control with classic solid feel and contemporary looks. Improvements have been made to the sole, leading edge and hosel of the new models for smoother ground interaction and a more confident visual at address.

Forged from 1025 carbon steel, the new Titleist CB and MB irons feature tour-preferred constant blade lengths with minimal progressive offset for maximum workability.

The new CB irons feature an optimized shallow cavity-back design with an inner cavity muscle behind the impact area for solid blade iron feel. MB is a classic muscle back forged iron, delivering great feel from muscle back weighting positioned behind the sweet spot.

The sole design of both CB and MB features a pre-worn leading edge for crisp ground contact and less digging at entry, and a smooth sole width progression as you move through the set to enhance ground interaction. The slightly wider CB sole now features increased front-to-back camber for better turf release and playability from a variety of attack angles.

The new CB and MB models have an improved address profile with a slightly straighter leading edge that promotes a square setup and a new hosel-to-leading edge blend that creates less visual offset. The profile in the CB #8, #9 and P irons has also been modified by reducing the heel height for a more compact shape.

CB and MB feature a Tour-preferred satin finish that reduces glare and accentuates the toe and topline profile for easier alignment of the face and confidence at address.

Among the tour players who have already added the new irons to their bags is Canadian Graham DeLaet, who played a mixed set of CB and MB irons while posting a pair of top-3 finishes in the FedEx Cup playoffs.
