Samantha Richdale took a minor step back on Friday at LPGA Qualifying school but remained in line to earn full status on the Tour next year. A pair of bogeys in what was otherwise a pretty clean round for the Kelowna, B.C. native resulted in a round of 74, dropping her from third down into a tie for 11th.

Ha Na Jang, the top ranked player in the world at the tournament, backed up a second round 65 on the Hills Course with a third round 66 at the Jones Course to move from eighth place into a three-shot lead at 11-under. Ju Young Park, Alison Lee and Simin Feng are three shots behind at 8-under.

SooBin Kim of Coquitlam, B.C. closed with three bogeys over her final five holes for a round of 73 while Toronto's Rebecca Lee-Bentham shot 71. Both are tied for 34th.

Sara-Maude Juneau of Fossambault, Que., started with a pair of bogeys over her first four holes before rebounding with three birdies over her final 10 holes for a 71 to move up into a tie for 40th. Sue Kim of Langley, B.C. slipped down into a tie for 48th after carding a second straight round of 73.

Maude-Aimee Leblanc of Sherbrooke, Que. had her best round of the week, shooting 71 on the Hills Course to sit in a tie for 78th along with Augusta James of Bath, Ont., who had her second straight round of 72.

Brittany Henderson (70) of Smiths Falls and Jennifer Kirby (72) of Paris, Ont. are both tied for 92nd. Brogan McKinnon of Mississauga, Ont. struggled for a third straight day, shooting 74 to fall into a tie for 111th.

Nicole Vandermade of Brantford Ont. is tied for 128th while Lorie Kane of Charlottetown had her best round of the week, a 73 on the Jones Course, which leaves her tied for 134th.

Other notables saw Cheyenne Woods bounce back with seven birdies against a pair of bogeys for a round of 67 which vaulted her back into a tie for 31st. Charley Hull of England shot an even par 72 to sit in a tie for 40th while former world number one ranked amateur Minjee Lee of Australia is in a tie for 11th after a round of 68.

Players will need to get inside the top 70 after Saturday's fourth round if they hope to play on Sunday, where only the top 20 will earn full status for 2015. Players finishing 21st through 45th will earn conditional status.
