Goaltender Mike Lee He has won the starting job - over Jack Campbell, who is younger and more highly regarded as an NHL prospect - based on shared history with U.S. head coach Dean Blais. Forward Jerry D'Amigo The Toronto Maple Leafs draft pick (158th overall in 2009) has four goals in two medal-round games, and has been a catalyst. His 10 points are second on the team behind captain Derek Stepan, who leads the tournament with 12.

Forward Chris Kreider He played high-school hockey in the Boston area last year, but the New York Rangers draft pick (19th overall in 2009) has made a quantum leap in this tournament and doesn't look out of place.
