The latest chapter in Canada's storied hockey rivalry with Russia was written Wednesday night in Buffalo as the two old foes battled for the gold medal at the world junior hockey championships.

Globe writers Roy MacGregor and David Shoalts were in the HSBC Arena for the tilt, tweeting their analysis of the game.
