Wednesday Leaf links Add to ...

It's pretty difficult to find any positives to lead the daily links column with this morning.

Captain Dion Phaneuf is out; Brian Burke is mad at the fans who dare boo said captain; the team has scored a measly nine goals during the 1-5-1 streak in their last seven games and tonight (7 p.m. TSN) they play a Washington team that seems to have found its swagger. Let the good times roll.

Globe columnist Roy MacGregor is in Washington for the tilt. We'll see if we can get him to stop by at some point. We've also got plans to post a podcast in this space this afternoon.
